The LawToolBox award winning application empowers courts, agencies, general counsel and law firms to manage legal cases in the cloud. For each case, LawToolBox generates a calendar for deadlines and events, a document file site for emails, attachments and files, and a OneNote for case notes and contacts.

YOUR ROLE
While your primary responsibility as a product expert is training new and existing customers to help them maximize the value of our products and become internal experts, you will also be asked to contribute to administrative or project-related duties to drive customer success. In this role you will need to:
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the core product as a product expert
- Maintain general knowledge of partner products, and industry trends to position our solution to customers and strategic partners
- Work collaboratively with the sales and onboarding teams to drive customer outcomes and aligned solutions
- Deliver customized training modules based on unique customer needs in meetings, webinars, or other forms of client education materials
- Training certification path buildout for partners on general product and specific topics expertise
- Track and report based on time spent with a customer to ensure efficiency and sales deliverables as agreed upon for invoicing purposes
- Develop strong relationships with customers
- Empower customers to be confident educated users and nurture them into product champions
- Become the customer’s champion for internal initiatives to improve adoption and lower barrier to entry for product
- Turn every interaction into an opportunity for gathering feedback on our product, service, online presence and asking for a referral
- Help collect data so we can measure effectiveness and analyze and improve our business processes

SALARY
$55,000-65,000 per year base plus bonus
